A clear purpose.
This notice describes the MyMate concept website and its early-interest waitlist. It does not describe a released MyMate device or a live AI service.
What we collect
When you join, we save your email, signup time, your confirmation that you are 18 or older and want development and launch updates, email-confirmation status, any saved early-member device discount, and campaign tags in the page link. Confirmation links use random tokens whose hashes are stored on the server. They expire after 24 hours and can be used once. Emailed preferences links are signed, expire after 24 hours, and do not contain your email address. We also record your email preferences and when they changed.
How we use it
The MyMate project owner uses the list to understand interest, send the MyMate updates you request and honor saved early-member discounts. Only the owner can view and export signup records. Investor materials should use aggregate counts, rather than sharing your email address.
We use Resend to deliver confirmation messages to your address. Sending a confirmation request does not reserve a discount. Eligibility is checked when you confirm your email.
Optional early-member feedback
We may invite confirmed subscribers to a short, optional product survey through Resend. The invitation uses a private random-looking link without your email address; it expires after 90 days. We keep a hash of that link, invitation preparation and owner-recorded send dates, your answers, the price and discount shown, and any optional comment alongside your waitlist signup. Submitting requires your agreement. Permission to contact you for a feedback conversation is a separate survey choice. Giving feedback or declining does not change a saved discount.
Only the project owner can access individual answers. After responding, participants may see aggregate product priorities once at least ten responses exist. Individual comments, email addresses and buying intentions are not shown to other participants. Investor materials use aggregate or de-identified results. Deleting your waitlist record also removes linked survey data. The feedback page is excluded from optional advertising and website analytics. Resend processes campaign contacts and unsubscribe information; its delivery reporting is separate from survey responses.
Your choice
Joining is free and optional. It does not reserve a device or place an order. This waitlist is for adults aged 18 and over.
Open Email preferences to unsubscribe from updates. If this browser does not have your private link, enter your email to receive a secure preferences link. Requesting or opening that link does not change your subscription. You can separately choose to permanently delete your email, signup record and discount. Browser storage may remember your access link for convenience. An allocated early-offer place remains counted anonymously after deletion, so the limited offer is not reissued.
The demo and website storage
The conversation is prerecorded. The website does not access your microphone or save conversations. The signup form uses short-lived hashed email and IP rate-limit records to reduce repeated requests; those records expire after up to two hours. It does not collect your precise location or a device fingerprint.
The site runs on Cloudflare with Cloudflare D1 storage. Hosting and email providers may process technical request information to operate their services. The owner dashboard is protected by Cloudflare Access and restricted to the project owner. Waitlist visitors do not need a MyMate account.
Optional website analytics
On the public product pages, Microsoft Clarity is loaded only if you separately allow website analytics. It helps us understand clicks, scrolling and the steps from viewing the waitlist form to a successful registration, using masked session recordings and browser or device information. Form inputs and signup error messages are masked. We do not send your email, form values or private access tokens in the analytics events we configure. Private confirmation, email-preferences, feedback, investor and owner pages are excluded. Clarity may process page and referring addresses, IP addresses and analytics cookie identifiers. Microsoft advertising storage is not enabled by this integration.
Website analytics is separate from Meta advertising measurement and from email updates. A previous advertising choice does not allow Clarity. Both optional choices default to off until you choose; you can change or withdraw them using Cookie settings below. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep both integrations off. Withdrawal stops future recording from this integration but does not delete data already received by Microsoft. If you withdraw and then allow analytics again in the same page, reload to restart it. Optional advertising measurement
On the public product pages, Meta Pixel is used only if you choose to allow advertising cookies. It sends Meta PageView events and a Lead event after a new email registration has been successfully saved. A Lead means saved interest, not a purchase or a confirmed email address. Meta may process the page address, referring page, cookie identifiers, IP address and browser or device information to measure ads and, under its policies, personalize advertising. Your email address, form contents, private links and confirmation tokens are not included in the events we configure. Automatic form matching is not enabled.
Advertising measurement is separate from website analytics and consent to email updates. You can browse and join without allowing advertising cookies. Choose Decline optional cookies to decline, or use Cookie settings in the footer or below to change or withdraw your choice later. Your choice is stored in this browser. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable this advertising integration. Meta Pixel is not initialized on email-confirmation, email-preferences, investor or owner pages. Blocking cookies or using another browser may require choosing again.

Development status
The device, accessories, subscriptions and features shown are concepts in development. Before a live companion product or any experience for younger users launches, it will need its own privacy information and user controls.
