  1. 01

    What these terms protect

These terms cover non-public information shared through the MyMate investor portal: presentations, financial models, business plans, product designs, roadmaps, research, commercial strategy and related extracts, screenshots or notes. They apply whether or not each item is individually marked confidential. Public information is subject to the exceptions below.

  2. 02

    One purpose: investment evaluation

You may access, download and make reasonable working copies solely to assess a potential investment in MyMate. Keep those copies in a secure environment and retain any confidentiality, copyright and ownership notices. Permission to review is not permission to exploit the information.

  3. 03

    No unauthorised use or disclosure

Do not publish, sell, license, distribute or make the materials publicly accessible. Do not use confidential information to build, commission, copy or improve a competing product or service, or to support another commercial project. Do not pass it to a manufacturer, developer, competitor or other third party for those purposes. Do not upload it to public repositories or services that make it available to others or use it to train AI models.

  4. 04

Limited sharing with your review team

You may share only what is necessary with members of your investment team and professional advisers who need it for this evaluation and are subject to confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these terms. Inform them of these restrictions and take reasonable steps to ensure compliance. Other disclosure requires prior written permission from an authorised MyMate representative. Portal access codes and sign-in credentials must never be shared.

  5. 05

Ownership stays with the rights holders

Access transfers no ownership, intellectual property rights, commercial licence or right to use the MyMate name, branding, designs or confidential know-how. All rights remain with their respective holders. Receiving information does not authorise a claim of affiliation, endorsement or partnership with MyMate.

  6. 06

    Protect the materials. Report exposure.

Use reasonable safeguards against unauthorised access, copying and disclosure. If you discover a lost copy, exposed link, compromised account or other suspected misuse, notify your MyMate contact promptly, stop further disclosure and reasonably cooperate to contain the incident. Do not conceal an exposure or continue using materials after permission is withdrawn.

  7. 07

    When access or discussions end

Access may be suspended or withdrawn. On a written request from an authorised MyMate representative, stop using the materials and promptly delete or return them, including working copies and extracts, and confirm completion if requested. Copies required by law, regulation or professional recordkeeping duties, and inaccessible routine backups, may be retained only for those purposes and remain protected. Ending access does not end confidentiality: these restrictions continue while the information remains non-public, subject to the exceptions below.

  8. 08

    Clear, limited exceptions

The restrictions do not apply to information you can demonstrate was already lawfully known to you without a confidentiality duty, becomes public without a breach, is lawfully received from a third party without restriction, or is independently developed without using these materials. Legally required disclosure is permitted: where lawful, give advance notice and disclose only what is required. Nothing here prevents a protected report to a regulator or other disclosure protected by applicable law.

  9. 09

    Misuse can have legal consequences

Unauthorised use or disclosure may cause substantial commercial harm. In addition to withdrawing access, the relevant rights holders may seek remedies available under applicable law, including orders to stop use or disclosure, removal or return of materials, and compensation for recoverable loss. Legal costs may also be sought where recoverable. The availability of any remedy depends on the facts and applicable law; these terms do not impose an automatic fine or penalty.

  10. 10

    Your acknowledgement

Selecting “Agree & download” confirms that you have read and accept these restrictions for materials obtained in this session. The portal records the accepted version and time against your signed-in account. Revised terms require a new acknowledgement before further downloads. A separate written confidentiality agreement, if agreed with the relevant parties, governs to the extent it conflicts with this notice. Access does not commit either side to an investment or other transaction.
